I think that most people are afraid of change, but change is constant and moves to present itself profoundly & boldly despite those in opposition. I've been a resident of Jersey City since 1961, that's almost (50 years) nearly a half century. Most people want things to remain the same they complain talk about the issues and problems facing humanity, but do nothing, take no action to rid our communities of these ills. Leadership requires vision, but more importantly courage. The majority of us don't possess the wisdom to know that it's time to embrace the rebirth of something grand. Journal Square is the Transportation Hub of Jersey City, the time is upon us to move forward with innovative design concepts in Urban Planning. Transportation Oriented Developments have emerged as the cornerstone and focal point of Urban Development in the 21st Century. I say if you're not on board you better get on board before you miss the train. There will always be the naysayers because thats just the way it is. The vision is clear the plan is comprehensive and wisdom crys out to the masses that we are ready. The city of Jersey City, specifically Journal Square deserves this unique opportunity. Over the past years there have been so many talented people that have worked so long and so hard to bring this unique vision to centerstage. I'm certain this vision will be realized because the truth is greater than you.
