Magnolia Avenue

I support the propsed plan only if the plan include an answer to the following questions:

- Will the plan make a modification to the size of streets and avenues to accomodate the new volume of traffic that will be created by moving 45,000 new people to the area?

- If such modification is planned, how it will be done without an immenant domain?

-The plan will construct high risers in the Journal square area, what will happen to the current residents? will they have to move and live in other area? and if the current residents chose to stay and live in the same area, would the residential new units be affordable to buy or to rent.?

-Is there any guarantee in the propsed plan that will be no tangible change in the demography of the area?

- How about the service (Electrical, water, sewers, police, fire prevention...etc). Will it be boosted up too to meet the new demand?

-Some of these proposed high risers will include commercial units. Is the plan cover the the expected resulting commercial traffic in addition to the new residential traffic.?

- What is the impact of the plan on the overall propery taxes for Jesey City property owners?
