I've been a resident of Jersey City since 1961, that's almost (50 years) nearly a half century. Most people want things to remain the same they complain talk about the issues and problems facing humanity, but do nothing, take no action to rid our communities of these ills. Yesterday's Jersey Journal (2/17) had a very informative article on the Opinion page. It brings up interesting issues and questions concerning the JSQ Redevelopment plans. What kind of an impact could it have on the residents in and around the Square? You can review the Redevelopment Pan at www.thejcra.org. The City Council introduced the ordindance recently and a public hearing and vote will be held at the Feb.25th meeting.
